Over the phone they confirmed they do bulk billing with Allianz and after registration and giving me flu shoot i was asked to pay $60 for DR Consultation fees because they don’t do bulk billing with private health cover provider. Flu shoot was given by nurse and they asked to pay Dr’s consultation fees without seeing the doctor.

The reception staff were welcoming and friendly.
Didn't have to wait to long to see the Doctor, due to privacy I'm can't use his name on here, however I didn't have much faith in him when he couldn't even spell "Hemorrhoids" he had to Google it. His consulting room was untidy, used coffee cup and half a big bottle of coke sitting on his desk.
Just not a good look for a surgery. - Michelle Reid Added December 28, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ☆My regular Dr is here and he is great along with the receptionists but having been sent by him to The Hub for a procedure last year I so appreciate their practice of sending blood test results to me by email. I am just too busy to keep running to Drs for results that are mine to know so I found this wonderful. I know a visit may bring them extra $$ but really is unnecessary in every case. Just the ability to email a Dr surgery full stop rather than have to call is great given I spend most of my work time in front of a computer without being able to access a phone. They are great here but there is a little room for improvement in practices imo.
